Sergio Fernández-Hidalgo Noblom

OPS Manager at Smart Point

Sergio Fernández-Hidalgo Noblom has a diverse work experience. Sergio started their career as a Gestor Bancario at Grupo BC from March 2017 to September 2018. Sergio then founded their own company called Ghost Events and served as the CEO and Founder from April 2016 to October 2018. In 2016, they also worked as an OPS Manager at Glovo, managing operations in Barcelona and Valencia, as well as northern Barcelona. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Taiti, agua y nada más as an Operations Manager and later as the Head of Operations. In 2016, they started their own brand called La Santa Farra, organizing events for small and large groups. Currently, Sergio is working at Smart Point, where they initially served as an Operations Coordinator from June 2021 to September 2022, and then got promoted to OPS Manager, leading the entire Operations department and overseeing various departments. Sergio'sachievements include automating customer service, obtaining ISO 9001 certification, creating the position of Back Office Coordinator, and negotiating cost reductions and extended payment terms with suppliers.

Sergio Fernández-Hidalgo Noblom completed their education at two different institutions. From 2009 to 2014, they attended the Universitat de Barcelona, where they obtained a degree in Administration and Business Management. In 2020 and 2021, they studied at ThePower Business School and earned a degree in PowerMBA with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and related disciplines. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Simple Dashboard with Excel" from LinkedIn in January 2021.
