Stefanie Kahle-Galonske is an experienced finance executive with a strong background in overseeing financial strategies and governance in various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of The Supervisory Board at SMART Photonics since January 2023, Stefanie also holds a position as Member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit Committee at ASM from 2017. As CFO at Egon Zehnder since 2016, Stefanie has demonstrated leadership in financial management. Previous roles include Member of the Board of Directors at Micronas Semiconductor Holding AG (2015-2016), VP and CFO at Markem-Imaje (2013-2016), and VP Finance and BU Controller at NXP Semiconductors (2005-2012). Early in the career, roles included Finance Director and Business Controller at Philips (1997-2004) and Internal Audit Mid Europe. Stefanie holds a Diplom-Oekonomin degree from Ruhr University Bochum and has completed additional executive education programs at prestigious institutions such as University of St.Gallen and IMD.
