Lucy Cooper is an experienced professional in the pensions and operational governance sector, currently serving as Head of Change Delivery and Head of Operational Governance at Smart Pension since February 2018. Lucy has a strong background in enhancing operational processes and customer experience, previously holding roles such as Operations Governance Manager and Operations Associate. Prior experience includes working as a DB Pensions Administrator at Equiniti, where Lucy provided comprehensive administration services for various pension schemes, and serving as a DC Pensions Administrator at JLT Group, managing the full range of services for pension schemes. Lucy holds a degree from the University of Sussex and completed secondary education at Kendrick Grammar School.
