Freya Hughes is currently a Human Resources Officer at Smart Pension, starting in June 2023, following a role as a Human Resources Administrator at the same company from July 2022 to March 2023. Prior experience includes working as an English Teacher at Minga House Foundation from March 2023 to May 2023 and a Food Bank Worker at Cooperación Internacional - IYC for a brief period in May and June 2022. Freya also served as a Talent Acquisition Administrator at Solace Women's Aid and as a Human Resources Assistant at Centre 404 from July 2021 to March 2022. Earlier in their career, Freya was the Operations Lead at Hoodies for the Homeless, where efforts focused on raising awareness and supporting London's homeless community during the winter months of 2019/20.
