Tim Hamlin is a Customer Success Manager at SmartLab, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Tim accumulated a decade of experience at Cengage Group, starting as a Customer Success Manager, advancing to Senior Customer Success Manager, and ultimately serving as Team Lead - Customer Success. Tim's career began in education at L'Anse Creuse Public Schools, where responsibilities included teaching World History and leading various teams related to Social Studies and special projects from April 2004 to August 2013. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Education from Wayne State University, completed between 2002 and 2004.
