Blake Brose has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Blake is currently the Managing Partner at Tradewise Ventures, where they focus on buying, partnering, building, and growing construction trade businesses. Prior to this, they were a Board Member and Founder at Smart Foundation Systems, where they emphasized exceptional customer service. Blake also worked as an Investment Real Estate Agent at Platinum Realty and as the President/Co-Founder at Bevy | Group Vacation Rentalsā¢, where they specialized in developing vacation rental communities. Additionally, Blake has experience as the CEO of Smart Real Estate Services, a General Contractor at Candid Construction, and as the Co-Founder of SafeHouse Contracting, where they were responsible for driving revenue growth and implementing processes for sustainable expansion. Blake has also worked as a Co-Founder and Consultant at BBM Solutions, where they assisted clients with real estate acquisitions, renovations, and sales.
Blake Brose has a diverse education history. Blake started their education journey in 2010 at North Central Missouri College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business/Commerce, General. Blake completed this program in 2011. After a gap, they returned to North Central Missouri College in 2013 and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business/Commerce, General in 2014.
In 2021, Blake Brose enrolled in Park University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration. Blake completed this program in 2023. Alongside their Bachelor's degree, they also pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at Park University, which they are set to complete in 2024.
In addition to their formal education, Blake Brose has obtained several certifications that compliment their educational background. In 2016, they became a Licensed Building Contractor through the City of Kansas City, MO. Blake also obtained a Licensed Real Estate Agent certification in 2016 through the Heart of Missouri School of Real Estate. Later, in 2017, they acquired a Class-A Licensed Building Contractor certification from the Johnson County, KS Government.
