Lee Neymen has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the IT industry. Lee most recently worked as a Senior Director of Client Success at Smart Energy Water, where they focused on driving customer outreach efforts and implementing digital transformation strategies. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Global IT Delivery and Account Executive at Avertra Corp, overseeing a global team and managing client accounts. Lee also worked as a Consultant in IT PMO Transformation at Ingersoll Rand, where they successfully upgraded a global Oracle Transportation Module. Additionally, they held roles as Vice President and Sr. IT Program Manager at BB&T, leading large-scale transformations using SAP platforms, and as an IT Global Program Manager at SABIC, managing an ERP Program Management Office. Lee began their career at GE, where they served as an Oracle ERP Program manager and an IT Service Delivery Manager. Overall, Lee Neymen has extensive experience in program and project management, digital transformation, and client success.
Lee Neymen has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering and Technology Management from Portland State University. They also hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University and a Certification in French Language and Literature from Université de Bourgogne. Additionally, Lee Neymen has obtained several certifications including Certified Professional, SEW from Smart Energy Water, Certified Process Master from BB&T, Quality Improvement Associate Certification from ASQ - World Headquarters, SAP Global Certificate TERP10 from SAP, PMP from Project Management Institute, and Six Sigma Black Belt from GE.
