Keith Cooper is a Data Scientist at Smart DCC, focusing on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to deliver insights for internal partners, industry, and government since December 2022. Previously, at Stream Measurement Ltd from March 2010 to December 2022, Keith transitioned from a Technical Support Engineer role, where responsibilities included managing service and quality standards, to a Service Coordinator role managing team activities and implementing electronic recording systems. Keith also served as a Data Engineer/Business Analyst, optimizing the company database and presenting analytics to stakeholders. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Science with Data Analytics from the University of York, a Level 5 Apprenticeship in Operations/Department Management from the Chartered Management Institute, and a BSc in Marketing and English Literature from Lancaster University.
