Chantel Morgan-Hallam has a diverse range of work experience. Chantel currently holds the position of Head of Strategic Operations (Interim) at Smart DCC. Prior to that, they worked as an Operational Portfolio Lead at the same company. Chantel also worked as a #IamRemarkable facilitator at g.co/IamRemarkable, where they hosted workshops and served as an ambassador for the initiative. Before that, Chantel held various roles at E.ON UK, including Senior Resource Planning Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, Capacity Planning Analyst, Lead Advisor, and Credit Operations Customer Service Specialist. Additionally, they worked as a Food and Beverage Team Leader at The Lowry and as a Marketing Assistant at Just Costs Limited.

Chantel Morgan-Hallam completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2019 to 2022, they attended Remit Group, where they pursued a LEVEL 5 (HND) degree in Operations Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2012, they briefly studied Physics at The Open University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Chantel Morgan-Hallam obtained several certifications. In February 2023, they earned MSP® Certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In December 2022, they received the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Capita. Furthermore, in November 2022, they obtained the MoP® Certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
