Rich Wall has a strong work experience in sales and account management roles. Rich started their career at Oracle in 1998 as an edocs Regional Sales Manager, where they promoted the company's self-service platform for customer account management. In 2007, they joined Incipient as a Global Account Manager, contributing to the optimization of enterprise storage management. Later, in 2010, Rich became a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Adobe, specializing in digital marketing solutions. Rich then moved to IBM Tealeaf in 2014 as a Director of Sales, focusing on customer experience analytics. In 2016, Rich joined Quadient as a Client Executive, providing customer communication management solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director at Smart Communications, working with global brands to optimize multi-channel compliant communication through cloud solutions.
