Wil Carter is an experienced professional with a background in territory management and business operations. Since October 2020, Wil has served as a Territory Manager at Smart Choice®, leveraging expertise in handling business operations. Prior to that, from April 2018 to October 2020, Wil owned and operated Pelicans Snoballs, managing a franchise with 23 employees, overseeing payroll, vendor relationships, social media marketing, and financial management, while also coordinating events. Wil gained project management experience as an intern at Contract Construction, Inc., where responsibilities included optimizing project timelines and assisting with financial bids for various construction projects. Wil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Clemson University, earned in 2019.
