Marcus moved into the role of Senior Inside Sales in November 2022 after serving as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. He joined Smart Choice® in April of 2018 as a part of the Inside Sales team, bringing with him over 10 years of customer service experience and 5 years in retail management. Marcus is responsible for recording, pre-qualifying, and distributing inbound leads. Prior to working at Smart Choice, Marcus was a Logistics Broker for Logistic Dynamics Incorporated (LDI).
