Andrew Shearer has a diverse background in maintenance, project coordination, and security. With experience in companies like Smart Cabinetry, Lippert Components, and Welch Packaging, Andrew has extensive knowledge of maintaining equipment and machines. Prior to their maintenance roles, Andrew served in the US Army as a recruiter, allied trades section sergeant, production supervisor, security specialist, and machinist/welder. Andrew's education includes a high school diploma in Industrial Technology/Technician.
