In addition, they also handled the end-to-end training cycle, including training need analysis, designing and rolling out the annual training calendar, and identifying trainers and consultants.
As Talent Management Lead, Prasad was responsible for employee on-boarding activities and induction, employee engagement and recognition programs, coordinating the performance management process, responding to queries related to HR policies and practices, and managing and communicating all HR announcements. Prasad also conducted exit interviews.
In their role as Performance Management Manager, Prasad was responsible for managing the performance appraisal process by working with managers to conduct the review and ensure appropriate goal setting and cascading of goals across levels and functions. Prasad also assisted in consolidating reviews and initiating PIPs for poor performers.
