Elizabeth Nalugya is a seasoned Data Analyst and Technical Support Officer at Smart Applications International Ltd since September 2013, specializing in data preparation, analysis, interpretation, and database support, along with software requirements gathering and technical support during installations and system testing. Prior to this role, Elizabeth served as the Head of Customer Care at SAS Clinic from October 2008 to August 2013, where responsibilities included managing IT infrastructure and addressing customer requests. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in IT Security from SMC University (2017-2020) and an Associate's degree in Software Engineering from APTECH Computer Education.
