Joel Tendon is an experienced consultant currently serving as an Expert Consultant at SMART-ADVICE GmbH, focusing on digital initiatives and business transformation. With a professional journey beginning in 2000, Joel has worked extensively with public sector entities and private companies. Previous roles include Lean Agile Leader at Swisscom, where innovative solutions were developed for customer experience transformation, and a consultant at RM Group, leading a project to enhance telecommunication service interruption detection. As a co-founder and co-CEO of Tweasy S.A., Joel launched startups in digital marketing and social media. Educational achievements include a CAS in Digital Innovation and Business Transformation from the University of St.Gallen, an MBA from the University of Bath, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Haute Ecole Arc - Ingénierie.
