Rachel Ware, MBA, currently serves as Senior Business Development Manager at Smarsh since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant at The Alexander Group, a Marsh McLennan RISE Fellow, and various managerial positions at Oversight from July 2014 to May 2023, where responsibilities included optimizing client experiences and implementing expense monitoring software for enterprise organizations. Rachel holds an MBA in Product and Service Innovation from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a B.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
