Leah Rutz, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and business development. Currently, Rutz serves as Manager of Customer Success (Enterprise) at Smarsh, where responsibilities include leading the Enterprise Customer Success Team and overseeing senior customer success management. Prior experience includes roles at Zapproved as a Senior Customer Success Manager and at SurveyMonkey as a Business Development Representative. Rutz also has a solid foundation in international relations from work at the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in South Korea, as well as experience in education as an English Language Instructor at Haba School. Rutz holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town and an MBA exchange from the UW Foster School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Oregon.
