Nolwenn Prat currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Smappen since March 2023, having previously held the same position at Microsoft from January 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included client support, product adoption, and user experience improvement for major accounts. Prior experience includes roles in marketing project management at MEXTOR and product development at Hanes France, focusing on product launches and cross-team collaborations across various European markets. Nolwenn also held positions in trade marketing and project coordination, gaining experience in partnership management and event organization. Nolwenn holds a Master's degree in Marketing from TBS Education and has completed an exchange program at Aalto University in Finland.
