Eric Swanson's work experience includes serving as the Director of People at Smallwoods since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Landman at Swanson Land Services, LLC since February 2019. Eric also held the position of Senior Landman at Royal Holly Energy, LLC from January 2018 to February 2019, and at Buffco Production, Inc. from December 2015 to January 2018. Eric started their career as a Land Manager at R. Lacy Services, Ltd. in February 2008, where they worked until December 2015.

Eric Swanson attended Stephen F. Austin State University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics.
