Laura Schümperli started their work experience in 2013 as a Commercial Apprentice at Honeywell. Laura then joined Cembra Money Bank AG as a Sachbearbeiterin from October 2016 to August 2017. Laura returned to Honeywell in 2018 and held multiple roles including Junior HR Generalist, Management Assistant, and HR-Generalist (ad interim) until June 2021. In July 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at STAAR Surgical. From October 2021 to September 2022, Laura was a Senior HR Generalist at Honeywell. Laura is currently employed at Smallpdf as a Sr. People Operations Specialist starting from September 2022.

Laura Schümperli began their education in 2013 at the Berufsbildungszentrum Uster, where they pursued a degree in Kauffrau EFZ with a specialization in Kauffrau E-Profil. Laura completed their studies in 2016. In 2019, Laura enrolled in the AKAD College Bern and earned a Personalassistentin Zertifikat AKAD in the field of Personalwesen in 2020. Currently, they are pursuing an eFachausweis and working towards obtaining a degree in HR-Fachfrau, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
