Jocelyn Keen is a dedicated Community Manager at Creative Solutions, overseeing user engagement for SmallHD, Teradek, and Wooden Camera since February 2023. In this role, Jocelyn monitors social platforms, analyzes engagement insights, and fosters relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers. Previously, Jocelyn served as a Community Associate for SmallHD, managing similar responsibilities, and held the position of Assistant and Outreach Manager at Runologie, along with being a Client Support Specialist at Raleigh Rescue Mission. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Western Carolina University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
