Sheikha AlNuaimi is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in commercial operations and marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as an Ambassador at ITSHERWAY since June 2024, Sheikha is also the owner of Smallcakes' first international branch and the founder of a specialty coffee hub inspired by Emirati hospitality. Notable past roles include Executive Director of Commercial Operations at Ajman Free Zone, where significant operational achievements were made, and participation in international forums as a panellist. Sheikha has held various positions within the Ajman Economic Department and has contributed to government excellence programs, including assessments for prominent awards. Committed to continuous learning, Sheikha holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Canadian University Dubai and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ajman University.
