Kiersten (Beagan) Telzerow is an experienced pastoral leader with a strong emphasis on small group ministry and spiritual formation. Currently serving as Small Group Pastor and Director at National Community Church since September 2015, Kiersten also holds roles as Author, Regional Leader, and Trainer with Small Group Network, and as Hub Church Director for Alpha USA since September 2016. Additional roles include consulting for Building For Mission and strategic planning for WonbyOne to Jamaica. Previous positions range from Spiritual Formation Resident at 12Stone Church to various roles in education, leadership, and caregiving. Kiersten is pursuing a Doctorate in Divinity/Ministry at Liberty University and holds a Master of Divinity, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministries, from Indiana Wesleyan University.
