Serge Clivio is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Small Door since December 2022. With a focus on membership-based veterinary care, Small Door emphasizes exceptional care and modern hospitality. Prior to this role, Serge held various positions at Leia Inc., including Senior Talent Partner and Executive People + Talent Advisor, providing strategic guidance on People Operations. Serge's experience also includes leadership roles at Ribbon as Lead Talent Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, and earlier positions at Equinox, Warby Parker, and Sunglass Hut, which collectively showcase a diverse background in recruitment and organizational strategy. An advocate for diversity, Serge co-presided over Ribbon's LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group. Serge earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
