Madeleine DeLong is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving in Practice Management at Small Door since February 2024. Previously, as Director of Operations at Healthier Wellness from April 2022 to February 2024, Madeleine co-founded the organization and successfully launched two clinic locations, drafting a comprehensive five-year business plan that addressed costs and revenue projections. Prior experience includes roles at Sameday Health, where Madeleine was a Regional Clinic Manager and Clinic Manager, overseeing multiple clinics and enhancing operational efficiencies. Additional experience encompasses project management in website and marketing initiatives at BLUPRINT DESIGN CO, as well as administrative support in human resources at Sheppard Pratt. Madeleine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and Business Administration from Towson University.
