Joshua Hurt is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership development and human resources. Currently serving as an Instructional Facilitator at Small Business Consulting Corporation since December 2022, Joshua facilitates the Striker Foundational Leadership Course for the Air Force Global Strike Command. In addition, Joshua has worked at Rice University since May 2021 as a Talent, Performance, & Human Resources Business Partner, where strategic plans and workforce development initiatives are designed and implemented. Joshua's prior experience in the United States Air Force includes serving as Chief of Enlisted Force Development, where guidance was provided to top leadership on enlisted personnel development, and various roles that involved operational and strategic planning. Joshua has a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University and multiple associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
