Florencia Camerano Echavarría has a diverse work experience. In their most recent role at Smadex, they serve as an HR Talent, Culture & Happiness Analyst since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at LeadsForFinance as an HR Junior. Their responsibilities included specialized personnel selection for digital and IT profiles, managing job portals, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling remote and in-person interviews, and onboarding new employees. Florencia also briefly worked as a Technical Recruiter at CREW - Digital Talent in October 2021. Additionally, they co-founded Oasis Espacio Recreativo, an organization that provides recreational activities for teenagers and young people with disabilities, where they conducted group workshops on art, music, and cooking to promote social interaction and the creation of meaningful connections. Lastly, during their time at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Florencia served as a Coordinator for a Vocational Guidance Workshop for high school students and also gained experience in conducting psychological interviews.

Florencia Camerano Echavarría completed their education in a chronological manner. Florencia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba from 2012 to 2018. During this time, they also completed Prácticas Supervisadas en Investigación, focusing on experimental and research psychology.

In 2016 and 2018, Florencia pursued their interest in research by undertaking a course called Prácticas Supervisadas en Investigación at the same university. This course provided their with supervised research practices.

In 2021 and 2022, they attended the Cerem Business School, where they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Simultaneously, they enrolled in a technical course in Informatics Technology and Digital Transformation + Big Data.

Florencia also obtained additional certifications in their field. In April 2018, they became a certified Clinical Psychologist through the Colegio de Psicólogos de la Provincia de Córdoba. Furthermore, they acquired the certification of Prevención de Riesgos Laborales from Adecco in May 2021 and IT Recruiter from Bura Stc HR Consulting in May 2022.
