Vivek Jade has extensive experience in the technology and recruitment industries, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of MyNextHire since January 2015, where the focus is on transforming recruitment practices for talent leaders. Prior to this role, Vivek held various leadership positions, including Global Director and Business Unit Leader at MWH Global, and Strategic Advisor at the same company from April 2011 to December 2014. Additional experience includes serving as Program Manager at Infosys Technologies Ltd, Technical Resource Manager at Bentley Systems, Engineering Software Developer at MWH - ResourceNet, and Design Engineer at CEC.
