Saman Bakhtiari serves as the Administrative Director of Human Resources at International Building Development Holding since April 2019, overseeing various departments including Administration, Education, and Security. Additionally, Saman has worked as an Administrative Human Resources Expert at SLZ since January 2018, managing salary calculations, insurance matters, and personnel files. Saman began a role as a Human Resources Expert at Sazeh Pouyesh in January 2009. Saman holds a rank one degree in Human Resource Development from Imam Khomeini International University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Applied Sciences (2017-2019).
