Guangyu Li has extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at IBM until 2009. They then moved on to roles such as Database Developer and Database Administrator at Digital Alchemy from 2011 to 2014. Following that, they worked as a Technical Services Consultant at Wynyard Group from 2014 to 2015 and as a Database Developer/Analyst at IPG Mediabrands from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Insight Data Solutions as a Software Engineer. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Data Scientist at Macquarie Group. Guangyu then transitioned to Optus Sport, where they held positions as a Data Engineer from 2019 to 2020 and as a Senior Data Engineer from 2020 to 2021. Guangyu Li completed a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University from 2003 to 2007. Guangyu then pursued a Master's degree in Business Information System Professional from Monash University from 2009 to 2011. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Data Science with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science from the same university.
