Julius Thimm currently serves as the Head of Program at Slush, overseeing the speaker lineup and operations for Slush 2024 while managing a team of five and 200+ volunteers. Previously, Julius held the role of Head of Investor Relations at Slush, where management of relations with top venture capitalists resulted in the organization of Investor Day, attended by over 1,500 investors, and the generation of $1M in strategic partnerships. Additional experience includes a position as a Student Venture Partner at Picus Capital, General Manager at Rest Hosting Ab, and a Fellow Intern at McKinsey & Company. Julius also contributed to TwoSet as a Marketing Manager, significantly boosting sales for an in-house apparel brand. Educational credentials include pursuing a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Aalto University’s Mikkeli Campus.
