Palak Jain has an extensive work experience starting from 2015. Palak began their career as a Research Assistant at the National University of Singapore in March 2015, where they worked until December 2015. Palak then joined Thomson Reuters as a Research Intern in the Financial & Risk department from November 2015 to January 2016. Following that, Palak worked as a Research Analyst at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) from April 2016 to April 2017. Palak then joined BayTree as an Associate in May 2017 and worked there until March 2020. From April 2020 to April 2021, Palak served as a Program Manager in the CEO's Office at HealthSetGo. Currently, they hold the role of Chief of Staff at Wholsum Foods (Slurrp Farm) starting from July 2022.

Palak Jain holds a Master's Degree in Applied Economics from the National University of Singapore, which was completed from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, in 2021, Palak pursued a short-term course titled "Climate Change: Learning for Action" at Terra.do.
