Adam Wnuk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and finance. Currently, Adam serves as the Principal - EMEA and Senior Project Manager at SLS Consultants since January 2022. Prior to this, Adam held various leadership roles at WeWork, including Director of Real Estate Transactions and Associate Director of Real Estate, from October 2016 to January 2022. Adam's earlier experience includes work as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, a Structured Finance Analyst at EY, and a Public Finance Associate at PNC. Adam's expertise encompasses real estate banking, structured finance, bond issuance, and financial modeling, supported by a degree from Penn State University.
