Susie Playford has a diverse work experience in environmental consulting and project management. Susie started their career in 2006 at The Wise Group / Energy Saving Trust as a Project Officer working on energy efficiency and climate change communication programs. Susie later moved on to positions at Atkins, SKM Enviros, and Jacobs (formerly SKM Enviros) as a Senior Environmental Consultant. Currently, they hold the role of Principal EIA Project Manager at SLR Consulting, where they have also served as an Associate EIA Project Manager. Their experience showcases a progression in responsibilities and expertise within the environmental consulting industry.

Susie Playford completed a BSc (Hons) in Zoology from the University of Glasgow in 2001. Following this, they pursued an MSc in Environmental Studies at the University of Strathclyde from 2004 to 2005.
