Marek Neupauer, MBA, currently serves as the Head of CI and Engineering at Slovnaft, a subsidiary of Slovnaft Montaze a Opravy a. s, since August 2020. In this role, Marek manages three departments focusing on reliability, asset condition monitoring using big data technologies, and execution control. Previously, Marek held the position of Maintenance Support Senior Expert at MOL Group from March 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included advancing big data analytics for maintenance. Earlier roles at Slovnaft included Lead Engineer for Field Maintenance, Lean Expert, and Technical Engineer for Field Instrumentation. Marek's academic credentials include an Engineer's degree in Microelectronics from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave, alongside two Executive MBAs from Maastricht School of Management and Corvinus University of Budapest.
