Boris Benedik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and operations. Currently serving as Team Lead Manager and Service Chain Operation Manager at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia since June 2019, Boris oversees the service chains for BMW Bank, ensuring compliance with operational level agreements (OLAs) and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Previously, Boris held the position of Operation Manager for Daimler SDCE, where responsibilities included managing service chains, coordinating changes, and preparing incident reports. Additionally, Boris has been a main soccer referee in the 2nd Slovak League for the Slovak Football Association since September 2012, contributing to the development of the sport at a competitive level.
