Tony Serno has over three decades of experience in technical support and field engineering within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Technical Support Representative at Sloan since October 2016 and with a long tenure at CommScope beginning in January 2008, Tony provides comprehensive technical support to both internal teams and external clients, ensuring high-quality issue resolution. Previous roles include Field Engineering Specialist at CommScope, focusing on troubleshooting passive products at cellular sites, and Andrew Institute instructor at Andrew Corporation, where Tony delivered hands-on training globally. Early career experience includes working as a Cable Fitter, specializing in coaxial connector attachments for production assemblies.
