Ruby Singh is a Quality Executive at SLMG Beverages Pvt Ltd since July 2023, with previous experience as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in Quality Assurance at Nestlé from December 2018 to November 2019, where Ruby performed routine microbiology analyses and gained knowledge in HACCP and root cause analysis. Ruby also completed a summer trainee project at Britannia Industries Limited focused on the role of raw materials in biscuit production and received hands-on training in plant tissue culture and molecular biology at G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology. Ruby holds a Master of Technology in Food Technology from Harcourt Butler Technical University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Food Safety and Quality Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
