Daniel Koenig is an experienced software engineering manager with a strong background in leading engineering teams and driving software development lifecycles. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Slingshot Aerospace since February 2020, Daniel has fostered a culture of growth and collaboration while overseeing multiple teams. Prior roles include Lead Solutions Software Engineer, where Daniel managed the development of data pipelines and frontend products, and Senior Software Engineer, during which Daniel architected a web-based 3D space training tool for the Space Force. Daniel's career also includes significant contributions at General Motors, where as an AIML/Big Data Engineer, Daniel developed data pipelines for autonomous vehicles and filed for a patent related to high-definition mapping. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems from Florida State University.
