Paulina Robalino, PhD, has an extensive work experience history. Starting in 2009, they worked as an Asistente Administrativa at English House until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Docente Educacion Inicial at Jardin Escuela Primavera. In 2012, they also worked as an Operadora de Emergencia at Hospital de los Valles.

In 2016, Robalino joined UADE as a Docente - Investigador and a Becaria Doctoral UADE - CONICET until 2021. During this time, they also worked as a Trainer & Consultant at Instare. Paulina later became a Becaria Doctoral CONICET at Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas until 2021.

In 2020, Robalino was a Principal Researcher at the International Cognitive Research Consortium and a Consultant in Research and Analytics at Mindstats Research. In 2021, they briefly worked as a Chief Science Officer at Hitch.

Currently, Robalino holds the position of Head of People Data Science & Research at Slik, starting in January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of People Science at the same company from April 2021 to January 2022.

Afterward, they pursued their PhD in psychology at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires', completing their studies from 2016 to 2021.
