Lacy Lawson has a wealth of experience in customer service and support. Lacy began their career in 2012 at McKissock LLC as a Senior Education Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for creating and developing the company's Quality Assurance program. In 2017, they moved to Colibri Group where they held the roles of Customer and Employee Experience Supervisor, Training and Quality Supervisor, and Customer Service Supervisor. Most recently, they have been working at SlickText since 2020, where they have served as the Senior Manager of Customer Support, Customer Service Support Manager, and Customer Support Specialist.
Lacy Lawson attended Jamestown Community College from 2005 to 2006. In May 2022, they obtained a Project Management Skills for Leaders certification from LinkedIn.
