Gus Dutra has a diverse range of work experience. Gus started their career as a Summer Intern at the University of California, Davis in 2013. Gus then worked as a Sales Development Representative at Resultados Digitais from 2017 to 2018, where they consistently exceeded targets and collaborated with the team to improve sales prospecting strategies.

Gus then joined Rotária do Brasil as an Account Manager from 2018 to 2019. Following that, they worked at Movidesk as a Business Development Representative for a brief period and then transitioned into the role of Outbound Account Executive.

In 2020, Gus joined ActiveCampaign as a Senior Sales Development Representative for the LATAM region. Gus generated a high-quality pipeline of sales opportunities and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Later, they became an Account Executive for LATAM SMB, achieving a 154% cumulative quarterly sales quota in Q3 and boosting the lifetime value of active accounts.

In 2022, Gus moved to Sheetgo as an Account Executive for the US & Canada market. Gus led inside sales efforts, redesigned sales strategies, and proposed new verticals and industry trends to the sales and marketing team.

Currently, Gus works at Operto Guest Technologies as a Customer Success Manager. Gus develops and delivers scalable customer deliverables, cultivates strong relationships with key stakeholders, and represents the company in customer-facing interactions, contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction and increased brand recognition.

Gus Dutra pursued a postgraduate degree in Data Analytics from Langara College from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, in 2013, they participated in the Global Study Program at the University of California, Davis, where they studied engineering. Gus obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, from 2008 to 2015.

Additionally, Gus obtained certifications in 2020. Gus became a Certified Customer Value Optimization Specialist through DigitalMarketer in April 2020 and completed the Inbound Sales certification from HubSpot Academy in March 2020.
