Bron Launsby has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. They are currently a Board Member at the International Adventure & Trampoline Parks Association since May 2022. In 2021, Bron founded and serves as the CEO of Slick City Action Park. Prior to that, they were a Co-Owner at SLICK SLIDE starting in November 2020. From April 2016 onwards, Bron was a Co-Owner of Amp Up Action Park. They also have experience as a Trampoline Park Owner/Franchisee and Chief Executive Officer at Innovative Heights since March 2012. Before transitioning into the adventure and trampoline park industry, Bron served as the President of Belle Maison Decor, Inc from July 2008, where they developed, manufactured, and sold home accents and furniture. They also held the role of Sr VP of Product Development at Stratton Picture & Mirrors from April 2007 to July 2008 and as the DMM/Director of Product Development at Kirkland's Home from an unspecified date in 2005 to 2007. Bron's earlier experience includes working as a Buyer at Cracker Barrel from an unspecified date in 2002 to 2005.

Bron Launsby attended Missouri State University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a specialization in Finance. Bron then pursued further education at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1995 to 1998, earning an MBA with a focus on Marketing.
