Mahima Garg is the Chief Risk Officer at slice, a role held since July 2018, where a pioneering credit risk approach has been developed to empower young Indians with financial freedom. Prior to this position, Mahima Garg held various managerial roles at Capital One from September 2010 to June 2018, including Senior Business Manager focusing on operations analytics for the Auto Finance Business and Business Manager roles that utilized machine learning for big data solutions and leading the acquisitions underwriting team for Canada's branded card business. Earlier experience includes a Senior Associate position at iRunway and an internship at Schlumberger. Mahima Garg holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, completed in 2008.
