Monique O. is a UX Researcher at Sliced Bread Design since June 2022, specializing in end-to-end user research for enterprise companies with revenues between $1-4 billion. Responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews, analyzing user insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Monique develops empathy-building presentations and facilitates design workshops while creating user journey maps in Figma. Additionally, Monique has been a Computer Science Researcher at Stanford University since June 2019, focusing on HCI research for an interactive augmented-reality educational application. Monique holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (HCI) and English (Creative Writing) from Stanford University. Mentorship has been received from Julie Stanford, cofounder of Sliced Bread and a Stanford instructor.
