Aaron Fie has extensive experience in the retail and learning and development sectors, currently serving as a Learning and Development Partner at Sleep Number Corporation since November 2020. Prior to this role, Aaron held various positions at Sleep Number, including Field Supervisor and Store Manager, where responsibilities included leading operations, training, and sales, resulting in exceeding sales goals and promoting team members. Aaron began the career as a Retail Sales Specialist, mastering the proprietary selling process and consistently exceeding personal sales targets. Earlier work experience includes a bartender position at Lancer Catering from May 2011 to April 2014.
