Kelly Ryan has held various roles in the beer industry, starting with Sleeman Breweries Ltd. in 2004. Kelly initially served as a Provincial Sales Manager and later as a Sales Representative in Toronto Core until 2008. Prior to that, they worked at Unibroue Brewery as a Territory Manager in Toronto/GTA from 2003 to 2004. In this role, Kelly was responsible for generating new business, developing sales strategies, and building brand awareness.

Kelly Ryan attended Fanshawe College from 1994 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Business Marketing. After a gap of several years, they enrolled at Queen's University in 2013 for the School of Business's Sales Management Program.
