Rosalee Chartrand has extensive experience in manufacturing and assembly roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Mechanical Electrical Assembler at SLEEGERS Engineered Products Inc. since October 2019, Rosalee has previously worked at North Star Windows & Doors as a Machine Operator/Window Assembly from May 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included order review, material preparation, and hardware installation. Prior experience includes operating a Tsune saw at Kaiser Aluminum, and roles involving order fulfillment and material handling at Columbia Sportswear Company. Early career experience includes a position as a Production Technician at Wescast Industries Inc., where Rosalee focused on manifold production and employee training.
