Elana Wicks is an experienced professional in diversity and inclusion, business development, and consulting, currently serving as the Diversity and Inclusion Programme Manager and Business Development Programme Manager at Slaughter and May since September 2019. Previously, Elana worked at Deloitte Australia from September 2015 to April 2019 as a Senior Consultant within the Marketing team, focusing on client experiences and event management. Elana's career also includes roles as a Business Development Manager at Alquity Investment Management Limited and as a Research Associate at Board Advisory Partnership LLP. Elana holds an APM Project Management Qualification and a 2.1 degree in Anthropology from Durham University, complemented by early experiences in financial PR internships.
